We cast sprockets from alloy, manganese, or stainless steel for all demanding applications. Machined bore and set screws can be standard or to customer specification.
In addition to one-piece designs, segmental designs are also available. The benefit in replaceable teeth and pads comes from time and labor savings during scheduled and un-scheduled repairs. Chains remain in place, drive shafts remain in place.
